The first stop for many clients and customers is a companies IVR / On-Hold system. Having the right IVR and Telephony Voiceover is crucial. You may be trying to charm a new customer or calm an irate one.
More often than not I am asked to provide IVR voice recordings that sound like I work for the company. Clients want a friendly voice to guide callers through the system as quickly and efficiently as possible. That means knowing what the company does and who their target audience is. Whether it be a Yorkshire manufacturing company or a City of London Fortune 500.

Occasionally A misconception amongst voice artists is that IVR voice recording and telephony work isn’t exactly the most fun you’ll have in the studio. However, Premier CX is one of those companies that change those preconceptions. Because they try to introduce an element of fun and individuality to a companies communications. Premier CX are often looking for something out of the ordinary. So much so I really enjoy when I see one of their emails hit my inbox. To make sure they get what they want they’ll often dial in to my recording studio and direct the session remotely. I’ll often work with them not just on the final jobs but also recording ideas for them to pitch for new clients.
